9 Days: Explore Morocco, from Casablanca to Tangier

Day 1: Casablanca Airport – Marrakech

Welcome at Casablanca airport, then transfer directly to Marrakech via the highway with a few stops along the way if necessary.

Arrival in Marrakech where you will spend the night.

Day 2: Excursion to Essaouira

In the morning, we will pick you up from your accommodation and you will depart to visit one of Morocco's charming coastal towns, Essaouira. The day will be dedicated to discovering the historical monuments of Mogador, such as the old medina, the old souk, and the oldest port, which was considered the most important during the Portuguese era in Morocco.

After visiting this magical city, enjoy lunch and return to Marrakech.

Day 3: Marrakech Tour

Today, you will have the opportunity to discover and stroll through the most popular tourist city in Morocco. Our local guide will pick you up from your hotel to provide historical information about this vibrant city. He will take you to visit the Ben Youssef Madrasa, the Saadian Tombs, the Royal Palace, the souks, the Koutoubia Minaret, and the famous Jemaa El-Fna square.

The afternoon will be free for you to explore the city on your own.

Day 4: Marrakech – Rabat – Volubilis – Fes

After breakfast, depart from Marrakech to Fes, passing through the capital, Rabat, where we will stop to see the Kasbah of the Udayas, the Hassan Tower, and the Chellah Kasbah before continuing to the Roman ruins of Volubilis for a historical visit.

The journey continues to Fes, where you will spend the night in a riad.

Day 5: Fes Tour

After breakfast in your riad, you will begin exploring the oldest city in Morocco, strolling through its narrow alleys. You will visit the most historical monuments: the Royal Palace gate, the Jewish quarter, the first Mellah built in Morocco in the 16th century. We will ensure you visit all cultural and historical sites of interest, including the famous Al Quaraouiyine University, the oldest in the region, the tanneries, the Attarine Museum, and the Moulay Idriss Mausoleum.

After lunch, you will visit the tile cooperative and enjoy a panoramic view of the entire Fes medina.

Day 6: Fes – Tangier via Asilah

In the morning, after your delicious Moroccan breakfast, you will leave Fes to reach the northern capital of Morocco. You will pass through the Rif Mountains, enjoying the natural landscapes until you arrive in Asilah to discover this charming little town and have lunch, then continue your journey to Tangier.

Day 7: Excursion to Chefchaouen

Departure in the morning after breakfast from your hotel to Chefchaouen. Discover the blue and white city of Chefchaouen on this excursion from Tangier. Once you arrive in Chefchaouen, you will walk through the spectacular Rif Mountains and visit the Al Makhzen market as well as the famous Ras El Ma spring, which flows from the mountain within the city’s stone walls. Moroccan lunch at Casa Hassan.

The afternoon will be dedicated to visiting the medina and the souk. The charming medina of Chefchaouen is characterized by blue Andalusian architecture and is known for its beautiful local Rif carpets. Return to Tangier in the evening.

Day 8: Free Day in Tangier

Today, a free day to relax and enjoy yourself, or perhaps go to the hammam before returning home.

Day 9: Transfer

We will pick you up from your hotel at your departure time for the port or airport.
