Day-by-day itinerary

1. 1

   Day 1 · Marrakech

   Airport welcome and check-in, first evening on Jemaa el-Fna square. Night at the hotel.

2. 2

   Day 2 · Marrakech

   Guided tour of Marrakech: Koutoubia, Bahia palace, Saadian tombs, souks and Jemaa el-Fna. Night at the hotel.

3. 3

   Day 3 · Marrakech → Dades Gorges

   Tichka pass over the High Atlas, Aït Ben Haddou kasbah (UNESCO), Skoura palm grove, Valley of Roses at Kelaat M’Gouna. Night at the hotel.

4. 4

   Day 4 · Dades Gorges → Merzouga

   Dades Gorges, walk through the Todra Gorges, Rissani souk, sunset camel ride over Erg Chebbi. Night in a desert camp under the stars.

5. 5

   Day 5 · Merzouga → Zagora

   Sunrise over the dunes, southern tracks via Alnif, arrival in Zagora, gateway to the desert. Night at the hotel.

6. 6

   Day 6 · Zagora → Ouarzazate

   Tamegroute’s Koranic library and potters, Draa valley and its kasbahs. Night at the hotel.

7. 7

   Day 7 · Ouarzazate → Marrakech

   Ouarzazate, Taourirt kasbah and film studios, Tichka pass over the High Atlas, free afternoon. Night at the hotel.

8. 8

   Day 8 · Marrakech

   Transfer to the airport. End of the tour.
